Over the last several months, I have met and visited several coffee roasters in Vancouver, Ontario, and Quebec. I also tasted multiple samples of coffee, tea, and syrups, and it has been an amazing and humbling experience.
Initial thoughts on identifying the coffee suppliers/roaster for Red Bulb – this will be key to the success for the cafe.
